It didn’t begin with screens.
I studied automotive design where every decision had a physical consequence and form followed function while constraints shaped the outcome.
Then I stepped into a fulfilment center at Amazon where I saw systems at scale as lived experiences where processes that worked on paper often broke in reality.
That changed how I saw design and how I approached problems.
I stopped thinking about how things should work and focused on how they actually do by noticing hesitation friction and missing clarity.
Transitioning into digital design wasn’t a shift but a continuation of that thinking.
Today I approach UX as a system shaped by real conditions like incomplete data technical constraints and unpredictable behaviour.
I focus on reducing friction and guiding decisions through clarity.
When design works well it doesn’t stand out and simply helps people move forward.

From improving real time bus tracking for Mumbai commuters to shaping user flows under technical limitations, I focus on what actually works in the real world. I care about clarity, momentum, and impact designing experiences that don’t just look good, but help people move forward with confidence.
